With 9 years of experience in the service industry before sharing her talents with TTHM, Taylor has built a strong foundation in customer engagement.

Throughout her career, she developed a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Her background in service has sharpened her skills in conflict resolution, relationship building, and team collaboration.

Following the onset of COVID-19, we were lucky to onboard her and her talents full-time with TTHM, where she began as an Operator. She demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. This led to her promotion a year later to Event Moderator. Within this new role, she is able to facilitate engaging and structured environments, manage participant interactions, and ensure seamless execution of live Telephone Town Halls.

Currently residing near the beautiful beaches in Florida’s panhandle with her husband Matt and three dogs, Kody, Daisy, and Charlie, Taylor is committed to her continuous growth in creating positive, impactful experiences in every role she undertakes.
