How does an in-event Teletownhall transfer PatchThrough work?
Directly connect your Teletownhall audience to a Member Services support line, to virtual training centers for ongoing education, or to the offices of targeted legislators or organizations.
Allows for up to two transfer options within a Teletownhall event. Target a static phone number for general transfers, or create a dynamic PatchThrough where the targeted transfer number is embedded in dialing data and specific to each participant.
Transfer details are included in the reporting package for each Telephone Town Hall Meeting.

PatchThroughs from Voice Broadcasts
TTHM can also initiate a PatchThrough by launching a targeted Voice Broadcast encouraging call recipients to take action with a single key press. The Voice Broadcast provides call recipients with recorded audio instructions, then encourages a transfer to a phone number of your choice.
Remember that we also offer peer-to-peer Text Alerts to similarly drive message recipients to specific and immediate action.
