How does an in-event Teletownhall transfer Patch-Through work?
Directly connect your Teletownhall audience to a Member Services line, to virtual training centers for ongoing education, or to the offices of targeted legislators or organizations. Use transfers to help your forum participants engage in advocacy or reach needed support.

Allows for up to two transfer options within a Teletownhall event. Target a static phone number for general transfers, or create a dynamic Patch-Through where the targeted transfer number is embedded in dialing data and specific to each participant.

Transfer details are included in the reporting package for each Telephone Town Hall Meeting.

Instant Activism
Activate your strongest advocates by providing key information, then patching them to targeted legislators, organizations or businesses. Use this Patch-Through feature during a live Telephone Town Hall Meeting to turn an educated audience into instant activists. Those who transfer will be tagged in reporting so that you can continue to engage your strongest advocates.

Member Support
Patch Teletownhall participants to a call center for member support or for additional information on available programs and services. This service is particularly useful for our Health Care clients who want to ensure that member needs are met.

Patch-Throughs from Voice Broadcasts
TTHM can also initiate a transfer by launching a targeted Voice Broadcast encouraging call recipients to take action with a single key press. The Voice Broadcast provides call recipients with recorded audio instructions, then encourages a transfer to a phone number of your choice.

Remember that we also offer peer-to-peer Text Alerts to similarly drive message recipients to specific and immediate action.
