How does an in-event Telephone Town Hall transfer work?
Directly connect your Teletownhall audience to member support, call centers, virtual training centers, donation opportunities or legislative offices. Use transfers to help your forum participants engage in advocacy or reach needed support.
We can support up to two transfer options within a Telephone Town Hall event. Target a static phone number for general transfers, or create a dynamic transfer where the targeted transfer number is embedded in dialing data and specific to each participant.
Transfer details are included in the reporting package for each Telephone Town Hall Meeting so that you can ID those who transfer and provide additional followup where necessary.
Voice Broadcast Patches
TTHM can also initiate a transfer by launching a targeted Voice Broadcast encouraging call recipients to take action with a single key press. The Voice Broadcast provides call recipients with recorded audio instructions, then encourages a transfer to a phone number of your choice.
