When aspiring and active legislators need to reach voters en masse, a campaign through TTHM is a successful way to go. There’s no need to take my word for it, either. We have several testimonials from satisfied participants available for you to listen to.
Expanding outreach through TTHM’s mass-communication tools typically starts with teletownhalls. Call your target audience and engage them with live professional call operators like me! We speak to the citizens, gathering their information, such as name, city, zip code, email address, and phone number to make sure that your contact lists are kept up to date.
Teletownhall operators also listen carefully to their questions or comments, typing up an inclusive and readable summary of their thoughts, and rank them based on relevancy and temperament to keep the tele town hall running smoothly. We explain to them that they will (usually) have the chance to ask their question or speak on their comment live on the call. If folks are not comfortable going live, they have the option of hearing their question read by our moderator, or the guest speaker, on their behalf.
Polls or surveys are another way that we keep callers engaged in the remote forum by asking pre-written questions and reporting back to our client what the individual responses and percentages are. Not sure what guest speaker questions to ask? We can help you write them!
Still not feeling ready for an interactive teletownhall? No worries! Voice broadcasts are another option where pre-recorded, pre-scripted messages can be quickly sent out to your targeted contact list. These robocalls are perfect for urgent and emergency messages, or for a substitute for the virtual forum option.
Reach out today for a demo on what we can offer, and stay tuned for our next blog in this series about features available to add-on to your remote town hall event.
